As a platform for advisors to manage clients and help improve back office processes, Betterment for Advisors is constantly evolving the experience for both clients and advisors. We hope to delight you and your clients with easy-to-use tools that can better manage investments and build better relationships.
Earlier this year, we released an updated dashboard for advised clients to do just that—help improve the way they interact with you, their advisor, with redesigned navigation, a more intuitive goal-oriented interface, and enhancements to mobile and tablet views.
Today, we’re excited to bring that design improvement—along with new features and functionality—to your advisor dashboard.
From the moment you log in on a computer, you’ll see a new navigation on the left side, allowing you to more easily access your clients, reports, settings, legal documents, and more.
We’ve also started putting more data at your fingertips. You’ll now be able to see net deposits across your entire client base, including a breakdown by manual deposits, auto-deposits, rollovers, and withdrawals.
You’ll also find pending actions your clients have yet to complete. We know it’s sometimes difficult to remind a client to complete an action like signing off on documents to open an IRA. We’ve worked to make that process as seamless as possible, and you can find pending actions, including the ability to send a reminder, all in your Advisor Dashboard Summary and Clients tabs.
We’ve been working hard to help make the Betterment for Advisors platform a powerful tool in your client and practice management toolkit. From expanding ACATS functionality to building out paperless rollover processes—not to mention making it easy to invite new clients onto the platform—we’re committed to building a technology platform that helps you delight your clients and streamline your back office.
In the coming months, we’ll continue to introduce a ton of new features, so keep an eye on your email inbox. There’s plenty more to come.
